Here are some tips for choosing a great image for your football card
If you aren't sure about your photo, don't worry. I personally check every photo before editing starts. If your picture doesn't quite meet my guidelines, I’ll reach out and help you pick a better one.
Please choose a photo that:
Shows the person's head, shoulders and chest clearly and closely
Is an original high quality photo file (not scanned, copied or a screenshot)
Shows the person against a plain (as possible) background
Was taken clearly and in good lighting (not dark or blurry)
Don't forget that apps like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp reduce the quality of images when they store and send them online.
Please use the original photo file if you can (from your phone or camera). If you didn't take the photo, you can always ask whoever did to email you the original file.
In the event that I detect a subpar-quality image in your submission, I will make an effort to establish contact. However, please be aware that I cannot always guarantee this communication.
It's important to note that achieving a flawless image from the provided content is highly unlikely, unless the picture was captured using top-tier professional equipment. Given that my cards are produced in-house, maintaining consistently sharp and clear images from all submissions may not be feasible.
While I will endeavour to optimise the image you provide, the responsibility of offering a suitable photograph primarily rests with you. I have presented a few examples of ideal images for your reference.
